Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing automation company in the Holly Springs area who is seeking a CNC Machining Supervisor/Programmer to join their team. This direct hire opportunity offers excellent benefits and the chance to help build and support a growing machine shop operation.

 
 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily CNC machining operations and production activities
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for automated and robotic machining equipment
  • Help establish, organize, and grow machine shop operations and workflow processes
  • Supervise machine operators, coordinate schedules, and troubleshoot machining issues
  • Support 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers
  • Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process improvements

Requirements:

• Strong background in CNC machining, programming, and production supervision
• Experience with multi-axis machining, robotic machine tending, and automated handling systems
• Proficient with CAM programming software
• Okuma experience is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
