A bit about us:

We are hiring an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Mechanic to support CNC machine repairs, rebuilds, and installations. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows CNC machines and can work independently in the field.
Pay: $38–$45 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Travel: 30–50% (intermittent)

Job Details

What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machine tools
Perform mechanical rebuilds and reconditioning
Disassemble and reassemble machine components
Align, level, and adjust machines for precision
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Support full machine installations
Work directly with customers, OEMs, and internal teams
Travel to customer sites as needed
Complete service documentation and reports
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of CNC or industrial machine maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with CNC controls (multiple manufacturers preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable traveling up to 50%
Experience with precision measuring tools
Willing to mentor or support junior mechanics

Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk 8–10 hours per day
Lift up to 60 lbs (with or without crane assistance)
Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights
Work in industrial environments (noise, dust, machinery)
Overtime and weekends as needed
