Your impact
- Run a CNC lathe to produce short-run parts with tight repeatability
- Execute multiple set-ups each shift to keep work moving
- Perform tool changes and refine offsets for optimal results
- Call up and change existing programs per job
- Check critical features with gauges, calipers, and micrometers
What it takes
- Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe machining experience
- Hands-on experience with tool changes and offset adjustments
- Willingness to jump in and help other areas as needed
Why this role
- Hours: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- Weekends: None
- Pay: $21–$25/hour, commensurate with experience
- Setting: Job shop in Grand Rapids with small-batch variety
