CNC Integrex Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Integrex Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC Integrex multi-tasking machines, which combine turning and milling capabilities, to produce precision components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will drive efficiency and quality in our production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about machining, manufacturing, and continuous improvement to contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn experience
G-Code and Mazatrol knowledge.
Programming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
Live tooling CNC Lathe Operation
Be able to read blue prints
Strong organizational skills
Experience working with various materials including plastics.
Experience working on Aerospace product with close tolerances <.0005”
Selection & troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures.
Development and documentation of reliable process.
Strong computer skills.
Advanced inspection skills including use of micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMM etc.
You must be able to positively contribute to the teamwork environment in terms of productivity, cooperation, data collection, and attitude.
Desired Requirements

· Ability to perform complex setups on your own.

· Ability to perform tool selection, work holding, programming, and op sequencing for new jobs

· Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on your own.

· Experience running CMM programs and setting up jobs for inspection

· Experience programming in G-Gode, Mazatrol, or Mastercam

· Experience running multi-axis CNC machines with complex offsets

· More than 10 years machining experience in an environment with close tolerance parts, preferably Aerospace

· Ability working with various materials and machine types

· CNC Machining training or certification
