Pay Rate: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour

• 7+ years of maintenance experience on mechanical systems and CNC equipment.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines (mills, lathes, hones).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• U.S. Citizenship required; must pass background and drug screening.

Preferred:

• Forklift certification
• Experience managing spare parts inventory

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced preventative maintenance on CNC and production equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues using manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Support equipment rebuilds, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
• Track maintenance activities and manage work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for repairs and replacements.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
