Duties:

• Oversee, manage and coordinate activities of the CNAs
• Provide compassionate patient care
• Assist with all patient needs to include vital signs, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and required documentation.
• Scheduling and hiring
• Performs staff education and monitor CNA hours

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Louisiana
• CPR Certified
• Patient care oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Time Management Skills
• Reliable Transportation
• Long-term care experience required
• Supervisory and scheduling experience required
