CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Overnight 12s and Days 12s

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract opportunity with our LTC facility in Livermore Falls, ME.

• CNA needs to be familiar with G-Tubes, trachs, and vents
• Must have ME license in hand to apply

Pay Rate:

• $30.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)
• $15.10/hr taxed + $14.90/hr per diem (travel rates if qualified
• Available Work Schedule:
• Overnight available and Days available
• 12s x 3 nights and days
• Every other weekend
• 36 hours per week guaranteed (OT possible)

Contract Term: 13 weeks to start (extension likely)

Job Details:

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in State of Maine required at time of application
• Must have AHA BLS
• 1 year+ SNF/LTC experienced worked within last 3 years required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
