What You’ll Do

1. Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
2. Monitor and report changes in condition
3. Provide mobility assistance (transfers, repositioning)
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment
5. Document care and observations
6. Provide companionship and emotional support
7. Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
4. Ability to work as part of a team
