Key Details:- Hours: 11pm - 7am
- Days: Options to work Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon
- Pay: $25/hour
- Location:Chelsea, MA. There are free on-site parking options and nearby MBTA access
Duties:- Provides exceptional nursing care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN
- Records vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as part of nursing care plan and enters data into Meditech
- Communicates with patientsfor assistance or social and emotional support
- Maintains a safe and hygienic environment as part of the patient
- Provides physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, including but not limited to, getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, or walking.
- Gathers and documents information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition
Requirements:- Active or Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
- At least 1-2 yearsof long term care orskilled nursing experience
- Availability to work every weekend, overnight shift (11pm to 7am)Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ORSaturday, Sunday, and Monday
Preferred Qualifications:- Dementia Care Training (we can help get you this)
