Job Details:
The CMMS Maintenance Planner is essential to the calibration department, responsible for managing, creating, and updating calibration planning strategies to optimize the effective and efficient use of maintenance schedules. This role includes developing standards and procedures for calibration assets, performing improvement analyses, reviewing maintenance planning strategies, monitoring performance data, and prioritizing the department's daily maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Calibration Supervisor. Collaboration with maintenance team leaders, operations team leaders, operations planners, and the quality team is crucial to ensure that objectives are achieved promptly. Moreover, the Calibration Coordinator provides clerical support for the calibration cycle process, which involves generating, distributing, following up on, and filing calibration work orders within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The CMMS is dedicated to ensuring the execution of safe, high-quality work through the development of clear Work Orders and continuous improvements.
