CMM Programmer/Operator

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer/Operator to support quality inspection processes in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and running CMM programs, performing dimensional inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting of measurement data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and run CMM programs for dimensional inspection

• Create and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation

• Review blueprints and apply GD&T to ensure accurate measurements

• Inspect parts, components, and assemblies to verify quality standards

• Assist with fixture validation and gauge calibration as needed

• Support first-piece inspections and production buy-offs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of CMM programming and inspection experience

• Experience with PC-DMIS (2020R or newer)

• Strong ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T

• Experience inspecting sheet metal or machined components

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Automotive or aerospace experience is a plus
