Are you a seasoned Quality Inspector with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent Quality Inspector Lead for our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for leading our quality control efforts and ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards. You will be working with cutting-edge technology and a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Quality Inspector Lead, you will:

1. Oversee the inspection of manufactured parts and products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
2. Lead and train a team of quality inspectors in best practices and procedures.
3. Use precision measurement tools and equipment, including CMM Programming, Faro, and Zeiss.
4. Interpret and apply GD&T Fundamentals in the inspection process.
5. Conduct calibration of inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
6. Analyze and report on quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
7. Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
8. Ensure compliance with AS9102 and other relevant quality standards.
9. Participate in internal and external audits of the quality system.
10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in quality control processes.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Quality Inspector Lead position, candidates should have:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality inspection role in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in AS9102, quality control, Calibration, CMM Programming, precision measurement, mechanical inspection, GD&T Fundamentals, Faro, and Zeiss.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and precision.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
7. Experience in conducting audits of quality systems.
8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
10. A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance would be advantageous.
