CLUBHOUSE SITE DIRECTORThe Buffalo Grove Park District is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our Clubhouse team. Site Directors lead our before and after school program for elementary-aged children and play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment throughout the school year. This includes supervising staff and participants, planning and implementing weekly activities, maintaining program safety and quality standards, and fostering positive relationships with families, school personnel, and Park District staff. Site Directors serve as leaders and role models, ensuring a welcoming and enriching experience for all participants.HoursMorning Shift: 6:45 AM – 9:00 AM or 6:45 AM – 8:15 AMAfternoon Shift: 2:15 PM – 6:00 PM, or 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM, or 3:15 PM – 6:00 PMStarting Wage$19.50+ per hour, based on qualifications and experience.BenefitsEmployees working 8 or more hours per week receive a complimentary Buffalo Grove Fitness Center membership, along with discounts on Park District programs and activities.Eligibility into IMRF pension.#J-18808-Ljbffr
