• Delight our VIP guests: Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure an exceptional experience
• Prepare the lounge for service: Set up and restock Club Signia with everything needed for service, including supplies, linens, and serviceware
• Maintain a clean and inviting space: Ensure cleanliness of Club Signia kitchen, bar area, and restrooms during your shift
• Support food and beverage service: Set up and transport food and beverage items for lounge service, ensuring proper arrangement and presentation; collect used serviceware, operate the dishwasher, and dry and store clean items in their proper locations
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
