Project: Public Cloud Marketplace

• Collaborated with key stakeholders and Product Owners to support SaaS offerings across public cloud marketplaces including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, contributing to significant growth in cloud marketplace revenue.
• Supported end-to-end cloud marketplace operations including quote-to-order activities, listing coordination, partner enablement, and operational issue resolution for Sales teams and Cisco Partners.
• Support AWS CPPO, DSOR, and DPO; Azure MPO, REO, and DPO; and Google Cloud Platform MCPO, DCPO, and DPO programs to accelerate sell-through revenue and partner enablement.
• Assisted in marketplace lifecycle management activities including listing updates, product change coordination, access management, refund handling, and operational governance support.
• Worked cross-functionally with business partners, product teams, operations teams, and enablement stakeholders to gather requirements, align roadmap priorities, and improve marketplace operational processes.
• Conducted comprehensive data analysis and automated manual operational reporting using Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, SAP HANA, and AWS Athena, improving operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Developed and optimized SQL queries to validate internal revenue data and reconcile AWS/Azure marketplace revenue reports for business intelligence and operational tracking purposes.
• Contributed to process standardization, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve operational governance and support scalable marketplace management practices.
• Created high-quality operational documentation and training materials to support onboarding, process adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
