The Cloud & Compute SRE Lead acts as the Governance and Operational Manager for our Business-As-Usual (BAU) Operations Team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-velocity engineering and disciplined operational excellence.

Job Description
Experience
- 7+ years in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- 3+ years in a leadership, team lead, or operational management role.
- Proven track record managing large-scale public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Technical Certifications in Cloud & Compute Technologies
Skills
- Infrastructure as Code: Deep expertise in Terraform, OpenTofu, cloud-native policies, or Ansible.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE) and compute runtimes.
- Observability Tools: Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
- CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Multi-Cloud Platform hands on experience/exposure on AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure
- Relevant knowledge on Compute technologies to manage Windows, VMWare, Linux/Unix and Hardware
