Our Technology Staffing Team is looking to speak with Boston-area candidates who would be a great fit for the role outlined below.
Design, deploy, and support scalable cloud infrastructure using best practices in security, cost optimization, and reliability.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline).
Help establish and promote Cloud-Native Architecture and microservices-based design.
Build, secure, and monitor containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS/ECS.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, monitoring, and scaling cloud environments.
Integrate APIs using JSON, XML, and GraphQL, ensuring smooth connectivity between systems and services.
Implement observability and logging best practices using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with compliance, governance, and FinOps standards.
Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and advise on adoption strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — AWS Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm), and serverless computing (Lambda, Cloud Functions).
Experience building and managing IaC solutions (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Proficiency with Python, Bash, or PowerShell for scripting and automation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and DevSecOps practices.
Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL, such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB).
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices.
Location: Candidates must be local to Massachusetts; this position requires some onsite work.
Pay Range:$55–$100/hr, depending on experience.
