SAP is looking for a Cloud Delivery Specialist to join the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization, offering locations in various areas. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, safeguarding and optimizing customer investments into SAP ECS. Collaborating with Technical Service Managers (TSMs), Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs), and ECS internal service delivery, you will ensure quality services throughout the customer lifecycle, particularly for large and strategic customers. Key responsibilities include understanding customer landscapes, supporting service delivery plans, analyzing technical requirements, presenting technical details to stakeholders, guiding customers on technical aspects, assessing security and network requirements, and conducting technical and operational reviews. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields, proficiency in customer communications and SAP products, 5+ years of customer -facing SAP Technical Consulting experience, familiarity with cloud technologies, and expertise in SAP BASIS administration.
