CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project-level activities to ensure timely and compliant delivery of platform capabilities.
Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
· Plan and coordinate project activities and deliverables
· Maintain project artifacts including schedules, risk logs, and status dashboards
· Coordinate and document meetings, decisions, and action items within required timelines
· Track execution across platform build, Authorization to Operate (ATO), and operations phases
· Support weekly and monthly reporting processes
· Federal IT project management and governance
· Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, Zero Trust)
· Understanding of multi-cloud architectures and data platforms
· Cost, schedule, and performance management
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong stakeholder engagement
Desired Experience and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
· Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models
· Familiarity with federal compliance requirements
· Experience supporting platform implementation or system deployment
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CompTIA Project+
· Must have a current PMP or comparable certificate
· At least 2 years of Project Manager experience
· Experience supporting IT or cloud-related projects
· Experience managing federal IT programs
