CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Contract Lead to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position ensures all platform activities comply with federal IT, cybersecurity, and contractual requirements while leading security and authorization efforts.
Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
· Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (FISMA, FedRAMP, Zero Trust)
· Lead development and maintenance of system security documentation and Authorization to Operate (ATO) package
· Coordinate and support audits and assessment activities
· Oversee implementation of security controls such as Role-based Access Control (RBAC) and encryption
· Serve as liaison for regulatory compliance and authorization processes
· Deep expertise in federal IT security frameworks and compliance
· Knowledge of cloud security architecture and controls
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Experience and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field
· Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture
· Familiarity with identity and access management systems (e.g., Login.gov, IAL2)
· Experience with continuous monitoring and compliance automation
· FedRAMP/FISMA training
· At least 5 years of Federal IT experience
· At least 2 years leading tasks of similar scope and size
· Experience supporting ATO processes
· Extensive background in technologies, network devices, hardware, and software
· Professional certifications commensurate with duties (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), GIAC (SANS) Certifications)
