At Chick-fil-A Medina, the Closing Supervisor role is more than just a management position—it's an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, develop future leaders, and make a lasting impact on our restaurant each day.
As a Closing Supervisor, you'll lead Back of House of Front of House operations during the evening shift, coach and encourage team members, ensure operational excellence, and help create an environment where both our team and guests thrive. You'll work directly with our leadership team through a structured leadership development process designed to prepare you for future opportunities, including Coach and Executive Leadership roles.

Leadership Expectations
- Lead and coach the Back of House or Front of House team during evening operations.
- Create an engaging, positive environment where team members are encouraged, challenged, and developed.
- Monitor business performance throughout your shift and make sound operational decisions.
- Ensure food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence are maintained throughout the restaurant.
- Take ownership of the restaurant's condition, both inside and outside, before closing.
- Model Chick-fil-A Medina's culture by serving guests and team members with honor, dignity, and respect.
- Support and develop Hospitality Professionals through coaching, accountability, and intentional feedback.
- Understand and communicate the vision, goals, and standards of Chick-fil-A Medina while helping execute them daily.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous leadership experience is required.
- Available to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, five days per week.
- Available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
- Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Coachable and committed to continuous growth.
- Resume required.
