1007 N. Court St.
At Chick-fil-A Medina, the Closing Supervisor role is more than just a management position—it's an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, develop future leaders, and make a lasting impact on our restaurant each day.
As a Closing Supervisor, you'll lead Back of House of Front of House operations during the evening shift, coach and encourage team members, ensure operational excellence, and help create an environment where both our team and guests thrive. You'll work directly with our leadership team through a structured leadership development process designed to prepare you for future opportunities, including Coach and Executive Leadership roles.
If you're looking for a career where you can grow as a leader while making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to meet you.
At Chick-fil-A Medina, our team members are more than employees—they're future leaders. We are committed to helping each person grow professionally and personally while making a meaningful impact on our guests, team, and community.
Chick-fil-A Medina is a locally owned and operated restaurant dedicated to serving our community with excellence while developing leaders who make a positive impact wherever they go. Our Operator grew up in Medina and is passionate about investing in people, building meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities for others to grow.
We believe leadership is built through intentional coaching, real responsibility, and daily opportunities to serve others. Whether someone joins us for a season or builds a long-term career with Chick-fil-A, our goal is to help them leave stronger than when they arrived. Through structured leadership development, ongoing coaching, and increasing responsibility, we prepare leaders who are equipped to influence both our restaurant and their communities.
Our mission is to guard Chick-fil-A Medina by growing trust with our team and community through a healthy culture, great-tasting food, and genuine hospitality. Every decision we make is guided by our commitment to developing people, pursuing operational excellence, and creating remarkable experiences for both our guests and our team.
Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.
