Chick-fil-A Western Hills is currently seeking Closing Shift Coordinators for FOH. This role is flexible as a full-time or part-time role. The main purpose of the closing shift coordinator role is to work collaboratively, side by side with team members, to ensure all closing tasks and responsibilities are executed correctly. This role will integrate with the Managing Coordinator - that design and process with be explained during the interview process.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Use Chick-fil-A approved language.
  • Implement Chick-fil-A customer service model on every order.
  • Smile and welcome guests.
  • Create and maintain eye contact.
  • Speak enthusiastically.
  • Treat all guests and coworkers with respect.
  • Remain at your station unless instructed otherwise.
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with guests and coworkers.
  • Adhere to the employee manual at all times.
  • Complete other duties as needed.
  • Ability to work front counter, drive thru, face to face, dining room and third party sales.
  • Refrain from inappropriate language and conversations.
