Clinician - Outpatient Behavioral Health
Pay: $31.25/hr
New Hire Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Additional $5,000/yr for bilingual fluency in eligible languages or for candidates holding license eligible doctoral degrees!
Payment for this role is based on an hourly rate, not tied to a fee-for-service schedule.

Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Treatment
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
- Tailor interventions using strengths-based and culturally responsive practices.
- Support clients experiencing challenges related to mental health, substance use, and social determinants of health.
Collaboration & Care Coordination
- Coordinate care with internal teams (case managers, peer support) and external partners (schools, primary care, courts).
- Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain strong communication with referral sources and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete all clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, safety plans, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards, MassHealth requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Professional Development
- Engage in weekly clinical supervision and ongoing training opportunities.
- Maintain or pursue clinical licensure as applicable.
- Contribute to agency initiatives focused on trauma-informed care, equity, and staff wellness.

- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
- Ability to manage crisis situations and provide effective intervention
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- License-eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- CANS Certification
- Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
