POSITION: Clinician
WORKSITE: Kentucky River Community Care; Leslie or Letcher or Knott or Perry Counties; Hybrid - partially remote.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-Time
CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: Master's Degree in approved Human Services field with LPCA, CSW, LPCC, LCSW
SPECIAL SKILLS: Background with the court system, jails, experience working with transitional age youth, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care.
JOB DUTIES:
- Clinician will conduct screenings, provide evidence-based care and complete evidence-based training.
- Clinician will provide individualized assessments, treatment planning, and provide individualized and group therapy where needed.
- Clinician will attend Restore Hope staff meetings and submit a weekly report and other assigned duties.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team.
- Work with at risk youth/young adults to reduce risk for incarceration.
- Attend federal grant meetings and stakeholder meetings.
- Design EBT programs targeting at risk youth.
- Align services with federal grant requirements.
