Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinician is responsible for providing clinical interventions tailored to the customer-owner needs and prepare them for participation in learning circles.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
This is an in-person care position in Anchorage, Alaska.
Program Descriptions: (Not all programs may have openings. After you apply, you'll receive a call to discuss which programs have available vacancies.)
Anchorage Four Directions (A4D): clinic-based intensive outpatient treatment program that offers integrated substance use and behavioral health services
Dena A Coy (DAC): ASAM level 3.5 residential treatment program serving pregnant, parenting and non-parenting women who are experiencing substance use disorders
Qualifications:
Additional Qualifications for Clinician II: Meets all requirements of Clinician I in addition to the following:
Additional Qualifications for Dena A Coy and Four Directions departments:
1. Obtain Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) approval within three (3) years of the Provisional Provider Application approval date with the State of Alaska.
