Position Summary: We are seeking a license-eligible or licensed mental health clinician to provide outpatient mental health services through a partnership with Richmond Public Schools with middle school children. The incumbent must be passionate about caring for our community's most vulnerable children and continually improving the system which supports their healing and growth. The Clinician I/II position will be a vital support for her/his own clients and will work within a clinical team. This position is an opportunity to affect change in the lives of children while working at a 100-year-old organization dedicated to the highest quality of care. There will be ongoing focus provided to learn effective treatment theories and skills from our team of highly experienced professionals in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
