Summary/Objective
The Clinician provides and coordinates clinical and education-based treatment services throughout an individuals stay at Independence Hall. Ensures treatment practices are in accordance with accreditation and organizational standards, and are aligned with person-centered care.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization.
Work Environment
This job operates in a veteran residential transitional program. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers, and smartphones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This position would require lifting files, opening filing cabinets, bending or stooping as necessary, and performing work at a computer for extended periods.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; the schedule includes evenings, weekends, and on-call rotational work.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
