The Clinician plays a key role in designing and directing the implementation of individualized behavioral and therapeutic treatment plans for program participants. This process involves collaboration with clinical teams, direct support staff, management, and the individual's family or support network. The Clinician provides direct clinical care through individual counseling sessions, community engagement, and residential interactions while maintaining strong communication with external support networks. CORE is a 16-bed, high-intensity residential drug and alcohol treatment program (ASAM 3.5) that serves male clients with dual diagnoses. Our program primarily supports individuals transitioning back to the community after incarceration, though we also accept referrals from hospitals, assessment centers, and other county resources. We focus on providing trauma-informed care and individualized treatment to promote long-term recovery and reintegration.
