Are you an experienced RN looking for the next step in your career? We are currently looking for an experienced ED nurse who has had strong Charge nurse skills or previous leadership experience. Also, looking for a dynamic individual that will be an active partner with leadership and staff to assure that we provide the highest level of patient experience and safe quality of care. The vision of the department is to be the ED of choice for patients to come and get excellent care at all times. This person will be essential in helping to get there. Additionally, the Clinician may have shift accountability for delivering nursing care when needed.
Responsibilities:
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in practicing state.
National Certification preferred.
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS
Basic Life Support (BLS OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS
Registered Nurse (RN
Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
Act 33 with renewal
Act 34 with renewal
Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
