Join a team where your leadership truly matters. At UPMC Somerset, our Behavioral Health unit offers a smaller, close-knit environment where you're not just another team member-you're part of a supportive, neighborly culture that values collaboration, connection, and compassionate care. This Clinician role offers variable shifts to support department needs, providing flexibility while allowing you to stay engaged in both leadership and clinical practice.
As a Clinician, you are a nurse leader who helps drive a culture of excellence in patient care and staff development. You'll serve as a role model for professional nursing practice, supporting a highly collaborative team in a setting where relationships matter. In our smaller unit, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with staff, patients, and families while directly influencing team success. You will partner closely with leadership to support hiring, coaching, performance management, and clinical excellence, while also stepping in to provide patient care when needed.
