Clinicals Lead Analyst - IS Clinical Services Responsibilities: Under the direction of an IS Manager or IS Director, the Lead Systems Analyst leads assists with system administration, system security, system configuration, issue resolution, data mining and testing activities. The Lead Systems Analyst will be required to lead multiple small to large projects, coordinating resources across the entire organization. The Lead Systems Analyst is required to deliver formal presentations to organization management and project teams on accomplishments, issues and solution alternatives. The Lead Systems Analyst is expected to mentor others within the team. The Lead Systems Analyst will work with Information Services leadership to create the initial Annual Performance Appraisals and will be expected to participate in the face-to-face review of these appraisals. The Lead Analyst will work with an IS Manager or Director to monitor work assignments of team members, provides feedback to the manager on employee performance, recommend adjustment of workloads, etc. All work activities including projects, trouble calls, customer requests and customer change requests regarding computer hardware, computer software, application software, networking and telecommunications will be entered into the SDPlus system accurately and in a timely manner. Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology or equivalent experience in job related field. Expereince in Healthcare IT is preferred.
