Job Title: Clinical Trial Contract Manager
Location: Remote - EST preferred
Type: 12 month contract
Compensation: $55/hr - $62/hr
Contractor Work Model: Remote – offsite

Overview
This role oversees clinical trial budgeting and contract management to ensure site budgets align with fair market value and regulatory expectations. The Clinical Trial Contract Manager drives accurate budget development, contract execution, and payment administration while partnering cross-functionally to support clinical operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial, contractual, and clinical trial expertise.

Responsibilities
• Oversees clinical trial budgeting and contract management to ensure site budgets align with fair market value and regulatory expectations
• Reviews contract language, prepares responses, negotiates, and modifies agreements as needed
• Analyzes protocol flowcharts to develop costing and payment strategies, create budget estimates, and establish negotiation parameters within FMV
• Manages the setup, closure, reopening, and submission of payments within various grants

Requirements
• Experience in clinical trial budgeting, contract negotiation, or related fields preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards and trends in clinical trial finance
• Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with contract management systems and budgeting tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, business, or related discipline
