Our Outpatient services specialize in treatment mental health and substance use disorders with treatment and skills groups, as well as community resources.
Outpatient programs provide trauma-informed care aimed at reducing the harmful impacts of substance use. Participants and their counselors work collaboratively to design an integrated, individualized, strengths-based treatment experience geared towards addressing each client's specific needs and goals. Outpatient programs provide Individual and group therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, crisis intervention, and connection to social support services.

JOB SUMMARY
HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible
and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic
barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including
mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services.
Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement
in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to
overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating
recovery.
Prototypes' Outpatient Behavioral Health Centers provide comprehensive mental health services for men,
women and children. Services range from prevention and early intervention to intensive services for those
with more serious or chronic conditions. Staff provide services at Prototypes and in the community. These
can include individual, group and family therapy, psychiatric treatment, medication management and
medication-assisted therapies, case management, and referrals and coordination with primary care
clinics.
The Clinical Therapist I provides direct mental health services including clinical assessments, diagnoses,
treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management. Services are delivered through
individual, group, and family therapy across various settings such as outpatient offices, residential
treatment facilities, and field-based locations, depending on client and program needs. The therapist
collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care that aligns
with the organization's mission and values.
This is a primarily in-person role with the option to work remotely up to two (2) days per week after the
successful completion of the probationary period, based on program needs and supervisor approval.
Remote work flexibility is subject to change in accordance with the organizations policies. Due to travel
between service locations, reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license are required.
