Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for Clinical Therapist II - Medical Support to perform a full range of assignments related to the field of mental health services that include, but are not limited to biopsychosocial assessments, multidisciplinary treatment team participation, and discharge planning.

ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles), Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. ARMC is the primary teaching hospital for the adjacently located California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM), the Inland Empires newest medical school.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Pre-Employment Process: Candidates selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical, and verification of employment history and education.
Shift Availability: Candidates selected for these positions must be available to work ten (10) hour work days in a four (4) day work week. Shift start times range from 7:00am to 8:30am.
Sponsorship: San Bernardino County is not able to consider candidates who will require visa sponsorship at the time of application or in the future.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must possess ALL of the following
LICENSE
Must be licensed in the State of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). A copy of license is required upon appointment. Licensure must be active, unrestricted, and in good standing.
The title, registration number, and expiration date of the license must be indicated on the supplemental questionnaire.
EXPERIENCETwo (2) years of experience as a licensed therapist in a mental health or social service setting; the application must clearly distinguish between pre-licensed and post-licensed experience.SUPERVISION TRAINING COURSEMust have completed the mandatory supervision training course required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences at the time of application.
