Position Summary: Join our On My Way team in Lehigh County supporting young people (ages 15–30) experiencing First Episode Psychosis. As a Clinical Team Lead, you'll provide evidence-based therapy, coordinate intakes and referrals, and help young people build meaningful lives in their communities.
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
2 or more years of clinical mental health experience
1 or more years of experience with CBT and transition-aged youth (15–30
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Preferred qualifications:
LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or license-eligible
Prior crisis management experience
TF-CBT 16-hour online training completed
Prior experience with schizophrenia spectrum disorders
Case management background
Program Specific Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using CT-R and evidence-based CSC models for a caseload of 8-10 young people
Lead intakes, eligibility screenings, and referral coordination for Lehigh County
Develop and implement strengths-based recovery plans and crisis/safety plans collaboratively with clients
Administer clinical assessments (C-SSRS, quality of life, symptom measures, functional assessments)
Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds
Collaborate with other FEP providers through HeadsUp/UPenn and contribute to valuable FEP research and data collection
Provide group licensure supervision (if applicable), psychoeducation, and community outreach support
Provide on-call support
Work Environment:
Work in standard office environment as well as community settings to include client home, schools, court, doctor’s offices and hospitals.
Work from home in designated space for telehealth sessions as needed. Space must adhere to confidentiality and HIPPA standards.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay range of $52,000-$53,000
