UTHealth Houston is seeking a Clinical Systems & Applications Administrator II to provide advanced system support for imaging applications in our School of Dentistry and related clinics. The challenges in the environment include integrating numerous systems, so you should have a strong grasp of problem-solving and integration. This revolves around multiple PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), imaging, and digital dentistry systems in an enterprise environment. Applicants with experience in PACS administration will be preferred. The Clinical Systems & Applications Administrator II ensures that system changes follow change-management procedures and protocols, creates and maintains documentation for all assigned applications, and develops and executes testing plans for supported applications. These programs are supported by a vendor, but the Clinical Systems and Applications Administrator II often has to find solutions creatively. You will be responsible for account management when needed and also providing on-site technical support throughout the day.
This is an on-site role. You will be working at our School of Dentistry location and providing support in-person. Ideally, you will have three years of imaging application support, including PACS, medical imaging, or radiology. You will be asked to be very technical and support the staff with complex issues.
