What We Offer
Clinical Support Coordinator
Schedule - Monday - Friday, daytime hours.
Location - Hybrid, onsite availability required.
What You Will Do:
- Provides operational and daily clerical and data support across multiple Nursing Units to assist in achieving and maximizing unit efficiency.
- Daily operations may include scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and basic office procedures.
- Plan strategy and coordinate health services across units.
- Assist with operational effectiveness and work to reach staffing, financial and productivity goals.
What You Will Need
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three or more years in a multitasking environment with administrative task and business operations emphasis.
- Working knowledge of hospital economics, labor relations, and financial reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work well with a variety of professionals, as well as able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to secure and maintain private and confidential information.
Preferred:
- A background working in payroll systems.
- Healthcare experience.
