You will be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, which oversees the majority of our temporary contract recruitment.

Job Title: Clinical Supply Documentation Specialist

Job Schedule: Candidate must be local and able to come 1-3 times a week. 

Duties: Review, organize, and classify electronic documents and records within the SharePoint environment according to established file management standards. Analyze document content and metadata to determine appropriate categorization and retention requirements. Upload, migrate, and maintain files within the designated SharePoint folder structure, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Verify that all documents are stored in the correct locations and comply with organizational naming conventions and filing procedures. Identify and resolve misfiled, duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records within SharePoint. Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand document classification requirements and ensure proper record placement. Provide recommendations for improving SharePoint document organization, usability, and search functionality. Monitor and report on project progress, including file inventory, classification status, and completion metrics.

Skills: Pharmaceutical background, SOP and GMP knowledge. Strong computer skills.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree 

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 19-25/hr
