Under the direction of the Associate Director of Programs, the Clinical Supervisor-RN-ECM is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a high-quality ambulatory care program. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives while promoting data-driven performance management.
The Clinical Supervisor-RN-ECM collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to analyze clinical performance metrics, implement process improvements, and enhance patient care outcomes. This position plays a key role in establishing best practices, supporting quality and safety programs, and leading nursing staff within the Enhanced Care Management Program (ECMP).
Essential Functions:
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
Education & Licensing
Graduation from an accredited School of Registered Nursing.
Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Experience
4-5 years of quality management experience in healthcare (ambulatory care preferred) or 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of quality improvement tools (Lean concepts, root cause analysis, statistical process control, patient safety initiatives).
Expertise in regulatory requirements: TJC, HEDIS, MCAS, ECMP, UDS, Medi-Cal, and public assistance programs
Knowledge of healthcare planning, administration, and regulatory policies.
Advanced skills in data analysis, research, and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
