Clinical Supervisor (RN)

If you are a Registered Nurse - RN with a desire to move into a nursing supervisor role, we invite you to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, your expertise will be utilized in many ways, such as:

  • Clinical oversight from admissions through discharge of homecare clients and patients
  • Supervision of care management
  • Orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers
  • Assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers
  • Caregiver development through education and training

Minimum Requirements:

Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required Minimum experience requirement: Three (3) years nursing experience as RN One-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience At least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory

Requirements:

Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred Demonstrated critical thinking skills preferred Supervisory experience required Knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System, including Medicaid waiver programs Pediatric experience preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required Proficiency in the English language is required

Position Requirements:

Rotating On-Call required Regular full-time weekly schedule Ability to perform patient visits as scheduled or assigned required Training/ education of field staff required Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on development of QIs / SOPs, etc Partner with Recruiter(s) collaborating on patient service delivery Assess, evaluate, and develop patient plans of care Coordinate with community partners
