Responsibilities ----------------
• Assists Manager in evaluation, staffing and discipline of team members. • Coordinates activity and workflow of the respiratory care team. • Performs routine and complex prescribed respiratory care procedures to meet cardiopulmonary needs of the patient. • Schedules and assigns daily workload to staff team members. • Serves as a professional resource person to other members of the respiratory care staff and others requested.
