As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be a key to providing counseling services, as well as supervising therapists who provide services to our clients in the Four County region of Ohio (Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams). This role presents opportunities to also work with us on new program development in our youth and family space. Essential Functions
Direct Supervision of Assigned Staff
Direct supervision of assigned staff across the Four County region of Ohio (Defiance, Fulton, Henry, and Williams), including hiring, supervision, and high emphasis on employee development, ranging from growth within current positions and expanding leadership and supervisory skills necessary to ensure agency success.
Demonstrates and Models Positive Leadership
Demonstrates and models positive leadership, promotes a team-based work environment, and presents the agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.
Assures Fiscal Accountability
Assures fiscal accountability of all assigned programs and services. This responsibility includes enhancement and maintenance of organizational and cross-functional agency processes that impact and are impacted by assigned programming.
Develops Project Plans and Logic Models
Develops detailed project plans and logic models to clearly define and monitor program goals and agency strategic initiatives.
Ensures Integrity of Internship Program and Service Delivery
Ensures the integrity of internship program and service delivery, compliance, and evaluation, and moves to adapt programs/services as compliance standards change in an effective and efficient manner.
Ensures Compliance with Internal Standards and Goals
Ensures compliance with internal standards and goals, all contract/grant specifications, as well as licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including but not limited to ODJFS, ODE, County, Council on Accreditation, EAGLE Accreditation, NAEYC, SUTQ, State/County HMG, Medicaid, ODMH.
Ensures Compliance with Local, State, Federal, and GAAP Laws and Regulations
Ensures all local, state, federal, and GAAP laws and regulations.
Assumes Leadership Role in Policy Interpretation and Support
Assumes a leadership role in the interpretation and support of agency policies (including HR, PR, and Communications), implementation of industry best practice standards throughout assigned programs, aiding in the development/implementation of program outcome measures to ensure quality service implementation.
Develops Therapeutic Relationships
Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client. Provides individual, group, or family therapy as needed. Available for clinical consultation and crisis intervention.
Performance Requirements
Must be able to delegate, manage people, and evaluate staff and programs.
Must have demonstrated experience in attention to detail and confidentiality.
Must possess strong oral, written skills, and public speaking skills and the ability to conduct trainings.
Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management.
Must be able to operate a computer and proficient in position-related technologies.
Must be able to verbally exchange information in a confidential manner with employees, clients, participants, and/or families in various settings.
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with OhioGuidestone employees, clients, students, participants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work or related training in Psychology or Counseling with an Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S required.
LISW-S or PCC-S with 3 years post-independent license experience preferred.
Must have a valid Ohio Drivers License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
Ability to take and pass a physical exam, tuberculosis test, and drug screening.
