This is a Part-Time to Full Time position!
Responsibilities - Provide Individual and Group Supervision
- Conduct regular meetings with staff and advisory boards
- Oversee training and development of new and existing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff in regards to scheduling and treatment plans
- Will also carry a caseload weekly
- Complete progress notes and approve supervisees progress notes, Assessments, Treatment Plans, and other medical records
- As a leader, provide mental health trainings, and other trainings related for the development of staff
- Maintain a positive and productive team culture by providing clear direction, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring adherence to company policies and expectations.
Qualifications- Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is preferred
- The required licensing/certification to perform this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations
- Demonstrate ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving
