We’re passionate about empowering lives—and we’re looking for a Clinical Director to lead our clinical team with purpose and integrity.


Position Summary


We are hiring a Clinical Director/Supervisor (LCSW-C) to oversee clinical operations and ensure quality of care across our outpatient and residential  programs. This leadership role is responsible for supervising clinicians, maintaining compliance with clinical and billing standards, and supporting our team’s growth through training and mentorship.


What You’ll Do


  • Supervise licensed and unlicensed clinical staff

  • Oversee treatment plans, documentation, and billing accuracy

  • Co-sign notes for unlicensed staff

  • Provide crisis consultation and clinical guidance

  • Monitor caseloads and billable hour performance

  • Collaborate with leadership on policies, credentialing, and quality improvement

  • Facilitate clinical meetings and ongoing staff training

  • Support staff in achieving professional development goals

What We’re Looking For


Active Maryland LCSW-C license (clinical supervisor eligible)
Minimum 2 years of post-licensure supervision experience
At least 5 years in behavioral or mental health services
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and Medicaid billing
Effective leader with strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Able to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test


Bonus if You Have


  • Experience with outpatient or residential behavioral health programs

  • Familiarity with Maryland COMAR and credentialing processes

  • Bilingual or multilingual fluency
