Clinical Supervisor - Housing Programs

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides clinical and administrative supervision of staff assigned to the housing program to ensure effectiveness and consistency of therapeutic procedures, administrative procedures and adherence to corporate policies. Supports and facilitates positive and functional relationships with all appropriate community partners.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare Criminal Background Check.
2. Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
3. Current, unrestricted LPC or LMSW State of Idaho license.
4. Minimum 3 years clinical work experience with at least 2 years administrative and supervisory experience.
5. Experience working with underserved populations; knowledge, commitment and sensitivity to the special needs of homeless people and substance users.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Possess better than average computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum 1-year assessment and counseling experience working within an integrated medical /behavioral health care setting.
2. Minimum 1-year experience working with a permanent supportive housing (PSH) program.
3. Minimum five or more years clinical work experience with at least 3 years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
4. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
