The Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor) maintains and delivers high quality therapeutic services to Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral complications. Job duties include: providing clinical supervision of the Therapeutic Home Specialists (Treatment Coordinators) and the Clinicians (Therapists) and providing support and intervention to the Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC Individuals as needed. This position cultivates and nurtures positive working relationships with referral and funding sources and coordinates referrals and placements within the foster homes.

Salary: $80,000 - $88,000

Qualifications

  • Master's degree with New Mexico licensure as a psychologist, registered nurse (RN) with a master's degree in psychiatric nursing, clinical nurse specialist in a related field

  • Licensed independent social worker (LISW), licensed professional clinical mental health counselor (LPCC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or other licensed independent practitioner in a related field

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical practice with children, adolescents and families

  • Supervisory experience required

  • Works in office and home or community settings as well as throughout the service area, its premises and in the community

OTHER:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)

  • Valid New Mexico Driver''s License & pass DMV 36-month history check

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results

  • Ability to attend full time New Hire Orientation Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (paid)
