Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
As our Clinical Supervisor, you'll help shape the daily success of our clinical operations by:
- Leading and supporting day-to-day clinical staff operations
- Coordinating staffing schedules to ensure excellent patient care
- Orienting, training, and mentoring new team members
- Interviewing and assisting with hiring exceptional clinical talent
- Developing and implementing clinical policies and best practices
- Managing PTO and vacation scheduling for clinical staff
- Serving as the liaison for laboratory quality assurance initiatives
- Overseeing equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts
- Promoting continuous quality improvement and efficient patient flow
- Partnering with providers and leadership to create an exceptional patient experience
