PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) provide an intensive continuum of family therapy, case management, and other support services delivered directly in the familys home. The program aims to prevent out-of-home placement of children and adolescents with serious emotional issues. Services include in-home family therapy, family education and skill building, and 24/7 crisis intervention services.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management and supervision of the Family Based teams on their caseload. This includes providing clinical supervision and oversight, performing administrative tracking and follow-through, and ensuring productivity and team ratio expectations are met.
