Job Summary
SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE for eligible Non-MGB employees:
$3,000 for LCSW and $10,000 for LICSW
Starting rates:
LCSW: $68,224
LICSW: $92,227
The Clinical Social Worker will serve as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary Psychiatry Consult Liaison service to collaborate with medical staff around management of patients requiring psychiatric evaluation in the medical and surgical inpatient settings, and the emergency department. The Clinical Social Worker will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, obtain relevant collateral information from external providers and family, collaborate with Psychiatry around treatment goals, and work with care partners to facilitate placement of patients at an appropriate level of care, including inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
