Clinical Therapist - Crisis Services

The Centers is hiring a Clinical Therapist for our Crisis Services team. As a Licensed Social Worker, you will serve as the mental health professional for individuals experiencing crisis until they transition to ongoing community services.
Your Impact
You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop recovery service plans, and provide therapeutic counseling that engages individuals in their recovery journey. Your expertise will help people in crisis find hope and connection to care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and treatment planning • Determine provisional diagnoses and obtain authorization for services • Provide recovery-oriented individual and group counseling • Offer family education and counseling support • Assess needs and coordinate appropriate referrals • Complete timely clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling. Licensed Social Worker LSW or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC in good standing in Ohio. 2 years providing psychosocial mental health services in behavioral health settings. Experience in crisis intervention services. BLS certification at least 2 weeks prior to start.
We are hiring all levels of licensure. We also welcome LISW and LPCC credentialed candidates.
